Terra Soma Movement is an inclusive community workshop encompassing a variety of dance & physical modalities; intuitively designed to create harmony & strength in the mind-body, while also exploring our growth edges with curiosity.

It has been developed slowly over the years and takes inspiration from earth practices, contemporary dance, the Gaga movement language, Contact Improvisation, Physical Theatre, Tai Chi, and Yoga.

The class explores meditative movement, mobility, flexibility, floor work and improvisational techniques, cultivating the embodied belief that everyone has the ability to unlock their unique expression and come into a more intimate relationship with themselves, community and the sensuous ecosystems around them.

The body becomes our closest friend, and deepest inspiration.
